Installed in the elegant, chic and contemporary dining room of the Auberge de l'Abbaye, with a view of the garden, you will taste cooking that is simultaneously simple, tasty and inventive. With the seasons, Rémi Brouard the young chef selects his produce, follows his inspirations and leaves room for his creativity.
Accompanied by his brother Simon as head waiter and sommelier, the duo talk with love of their terroir and the producers with whom they work.
Rémi and Simon have chosen a short menu and two menus in order to propose you entirely "home-made" cuisine based on original or revisited recipes that will delight your palate.
